Their friendly and helpful staff members and readily-available managers make for an enjoyable shopping experience; in addition, birthday parties or holiday celebrations are held here regularly, and employees offer each other support when someone is having a tough day – building community loyalty along the way! Also, management takes time each month to recognize and celebrate employee achievements.
